Job Summary
We are hiring Data Entry Operators for a high-volume Form Filling Process. The role requires candidates to accurately enter information from source documents into online forms while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Fill and submit digital forms with a high level of accuracy.
- Verify source data before entering information.
- Review completed forms to identify and correct errors.
- Meet daily form submission targets.
- Maintain quality and accuracy standards as defined by the company.
- Report discrepancies or missing information to the supervisor.
- Follow process guidelines and data confidentiality policies.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good typing speed (40+ WPM preferred).
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred
- Experience in data entry, back-office operations, documentation, or administrative support.
