Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support our online store operations. This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
  • Handle order processing and tracking
  • Coordinate inventory updates and stock management
  • Monitor online marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Assist in basic digital marketing tasks (offers, discounts, campaigns)
  • Respond to customer queries and provide support
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory
