Job Description – Semi-Qualified CA / CA

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Semi-Qualified CA / Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience to manage and support finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and MIS activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, schedules, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary information/documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
• Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and support timely resolution.
• Assist management in financial planning and decision-making through relevant analysis.
• Support process improvements and implementation of internal financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CA / Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter) with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
• Good understanding of financial statements and audit processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:
Candidates from manufacturing industries will be preferred.
