We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-presented and experienced Fashion Consultant / Senior Fashion Consultant to join our fashion retail team in Thane West.

The ideal candidate should have experience in fashion or apparel retail, excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality and a strong passion for fashion and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Assist customers with product selection and styling advice.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Deliver an excellent customer shopping experience.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Maintain excellent store presentation and product displays.
• Support visual merchandising activities.
• Keep the store organised, attractive and customer-ready.
• Contribute to overall store sales and business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
• Fashion/apparel retail experience preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
• Target-oriented and positive attitude.
• Interest in fashion, styling and customer service.
• Well-groomed and professionally presented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Shift Timings

Shift 1: 11:25 AM – 9:30 PM
Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
