Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise grade dashboards and reports using IBM Cognos Analytics and Microsoft Power BI, aligned with business KPIs and decision needs (ORBIT Dev...March 2026 | PowerPoint)
• Translate business requirements into efficient semantic models, metadata layers, and reusable reporting components
• Deliver end to end BI solutions including data extraction, modeling, visualization, and validation across Cognos and Power BI platforms
• Develop and maintain Cognos Framework Manager models, packages, and advanced reports (prompt pages, drill through, bursting, scheduling)
• Build optimized Power BI semantic models, datasets, and reports using star/snowflake schema design and enterprise modeling standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics development, with deep expertise in Cognos and Power BI
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale BI solutions in regulated, data‑intensive environments (healthcare / insurance / financial domains preferred)
• Knowledge of framework manager modeling, packages, and metadata design
• Knowledge of development of complex reports (prompt pages, drill‑throughs, scheduling, bursting)
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for large datasets
