About the role1. Strategic Sourcing & Cost Savings

• Anticipate future sourcing needs using sales pipeline data.
• Identify upcoming deals that can be supported by sourcing.
• Drive cost-saving opportunities through early engagement.

2. Performance Management & ESG

• Define and track regional OKRs, especially around savings and ESG targets.
• Serve as the regional ESG owner and key contact for project sourcing teams.
• Monitor sourcing performance, analyze data, and provide management reporting.

3. Capability Building & Knowledge Sharing

• Identify skill gaps and training needs within the region.
• Work with Sourcing Excellence teams to develop upskilling programs.
• Promote best practices and knowledge-sharing forums.

4. Governance & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Manage sourcing governance and deal qualification processes with Sales.
• Partner with Sourcing Operations to improve team effectiveness, digitalization, and process maturity.
• Coordinate regional sourcing communications, channels, and events.

5. Supply Chain Risk Management

• Identify and assess regional supply chain risks.
• Develop and manage risk mitigation plans.
• Support crisis management and business continuity efforts.
