Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Country Specialist to manage student counseling, admissions, and visa guidance for a specific study destination. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of universities, admission requirements, visa procedures, and market trends for their assigned country while delivering an exceptional student experience and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities for the assigned country.
Guide students in selecting suitable universities, courses, and career pathways based on their academic profile and goals.
Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to university enrollment.
Assist students with application forms, SOPs, LORs, CVs, and other admission-related documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of university applications.
Provide guidance on visa documentation, financial requirements, and interview preparation.
Stay updated with university requirements, scholarship opportunities, admission deadlines, and immigration policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives and partner institutions.
Participate in university training sessions, webinars, and educational events.
Achieve monthly admission, enrollment, and revenue targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents throughout the admission journey.
Update and maintain student records in the CRM system.
Coordinate closely with the documentation, visa, and operations teams to ensure smooth application processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.
Strong expertise in at least one study destination such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Europe, or New Zealand.
Excellent counseling, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of university admission processes and visa regulations.
Proven ability to achieve admission and revenue targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
