Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and scaling existing products, developing new functionalities, managing databases, and ensuring overall system performance. The role requires expertise in PHP, JavaScript, and modern full-stack practices to handle the complete lifecycle of the project.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance existing web applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities as per business requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in PHP, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
Manage and optimize databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/others) including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
Ensure data integrity, security, and backup management across applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA) to deliver seamless user experiences.
Debug, test, and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
Implement best practices in coding, architecture, security, and performance optimization.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and technologies to keep the product modern and competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong focus on PHP (Core PHP).
Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and modern front-end frameworks (React is a plus).
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind for responsive UI development.
Solid experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB) – including schema design and query optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience: 3-4 Years of experience
