We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Officer to oversee and manage production operations in our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production processes, strict adherence to quality standards, accurate documentation, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production activities to meet planned targets.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain and update all required GMP documentation, including Logbooks, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record), BPR (Batch Packaging Record), and other production records.
• Monitor and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Supply Chain teams to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation of operations.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of raw materials and finished goods.
• Troubleshoot production-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Train and supervise production staff as needed, ensuring proper adherence to SOPs and documentation practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, documentation practices (Logbook, BMR, BPR), and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
