Full job description
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Packing Workers to join our team. The role involves packing products such as jewellery packaging materials, bakery boxes, and party supplies with accuracy and care to ensure high-quality delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack products (stickers, boxes, cards, banners, etc.) as per order requirements
- Check product quality before packing (no damage, correct quantity)
- Label and organize packages properly for dispatch
- Follow packing instructions and daily targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area
- Coordinate with the dispatch and inventory team
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass
- Experience in packing/warehouse work preferred (Freshers can apply)
- Basic understanding of counting and handling materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual
Working Hours:
- Full-time: 9–10 hours shift
- Weekly off: 1 day
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
- Overtime available
