Job Description: AI Intern (Workflow Automation & Systems Integration)

Key Responsibilities

• AI Workflow Automation: Design, build, and maintain AI-driven workflows and automations (using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts and LLM APIs) to streamline internal processes across creative, procurement, and project management functions.
• Systems Integration: Work with internal teams to integrate AI tools and agents with existing company systems (databases, cloud storage, CRM/ERP where applicable) for smoother data flow and reduced manual work.
• AI Research & Adoption: Explore and evaluate new AI tools, platforms, and generative AI capabilities (LLMs, automation platforms, agentic tools), and recommend them for internal adoption.
• Prompt Engineering & Tooling: Build and refine prompts and lightweight AI agents for internal use-cases such as content generation, documentation, and data extraction.
• IT Support (Software): Provide first-level troubleshooting support for software issues on company laptops and desktops — operating system issues, application errors, and installation/configuration support.
• IT Support (Hardware) — added advantage: Provide basic hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and peripherals, including network, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of workflows built, systems integrated, and support issues resolved.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Core AI & Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of AI/LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) and prompt engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make — hands-on project or personal experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of APIs; scripting knowledge (Python/JavaScript) is a strong plus.
• Genuine interest and aptitude for building practical, AI-integrated systems for real business use-cases.

2. Professional & Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Eagerness to learn and experiment with new technologies and AI tools.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues.
• Self-starter who can work with reasonable autonomy once given direction.

Qualification

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Internship duration to be mutually decided (typically 3–6 months), with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
