Full job description

K.V.M. Public School is looking for a creative, passionate, and skilled Fine Art / Painting Teacher to inspire students and develop their artistic abilities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various art techniques and capable of encouraging creativity, imagination, and self-expression among students.

Key Responsibilities

* Teach drawing, painting, sketching, colouring, and other visual art techniques.

* Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate art activities for students.

* Introduce students to different art forms, mediums, and creative techniques.

* Prepare students for art competitions, exhibitions, school displays, and special events.

* Guide students in creating working models, craft projects, murals, and decorative artwork for school functions.

* Encourage creativity, originality, and artistic confidence among students.

* Maintain art materials and ensure a clean, organised, and safe classroom environment.

* ⁠Take PGT Fine arts classes.

Eligibility & Requirements

* Degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Painting, or a related field preferred.

* Prior teaching experience in a school or art institution will be an advantage.

* Strong knowledge of drawing, painting, sketching, and colour theory.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work with children.

* Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and committed to student development.

Working Hours
