Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level-1 support for enterprise network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and resolve first-level network issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot Routing & Switching devices.
• Monitor and manage Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama.
• Assist in configuring and supporting Cisco DNA Center (DNAC).
• Support user authentication and network access using Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
• Perform basic firewall policy updates and rule verification.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and wireless connectivity issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the L2/L3 engineering team when required.
• Maintain incident records, documentation, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with organizational network security standards.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance activities and system health checks.

Required Skills

• CCNA Certification (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Working knowledge of Panorama.
• Experience with Cisco DNA Center (DNAC).
• Knowledge of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, and ACLs.
• Basic knowledge of network security principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in Palo Alto or Cisco will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in Network Support or Network Operations.
• Experience supporting enterprise network environments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
