Job Title: Paramedical Counsellor

Department: Admissions / Counselling

Reports To: Admin Manager / Director

Job Summary:

The Paramedical Counsellor is responsible for guiding students or patients regarding paramedical courses, services, and career opportunities. The role involves counselling, admissions support, and maintaining strong communication with prospective candidates to ensure enrollment targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed information about paramedical courses, eligibility, fees, and career scope
• Counsel students and parents regarding course selection based on their interests and qualifications.
• Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads effectively
• Maintain follow-ups with prospective candidates to convert enquiries into admissions
• Assist in the admission process including documentation and form filling
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling sessions, and admissions data
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth onboarding of students
• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and career counselling sessions
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and positive representation of the institute/hospital
• Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Healthcare / Management / Psychology)
• Relevant experience in counselling, admissions, or healthcare industry preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in counselling / admissions / healthcare sector preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
