We’re Hiring: Flight Medic

Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and resilient Flight Medic to join our emergency response and aeromedical transit team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, pre-hospital advanced life support and continuous medical care to critical patients during end-to-end transfers. You will work closely with our Control Centre to ensure patient stability and safety from the initial bed to the destination facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate, high-quality pre-hospital emergency medical care, trauma response, and advanced life support (ALS) during transits.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient vitals, managing ventilators, cardiac monitors, and other critical care equipment mid-transit.
• Partner closely with the Control Centre, flight crews, and ground ambulance teams for seamless patient handovers.
• Maintain highly accurate, real-time documentation of patient conditions, interventions administered, and clinical charts.
• Ensure all medical kits, drugs, and emergency equipment are fully stocked, calibrated, and operational before every mission.

Required Education & Certifications

• Education: B.Sc. in Paramedical Technology, Diploma in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), or an equivalent degree in Nursing/Emergency Medical Care.
• Certifications: Valid and active ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are mandatory. PALS or ITLS/PHTLS certifications are highly preferred.
