Key Responsibilities:
- Set up SOPs, patient intake, scheduling, and billing systems.
- Recruit, train, and deploy nurses, caregivers, and paramedical staff.
- Manage daily operations, caregiver scheduling, and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance (QAPI).
- Drive business growth via hospital/doctor referrals and manage P&L.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
