Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Paramedical Counsellor to guide students regarding paramedical and healthcare courses. The candidate will handle student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and admission conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents about paramedical courses.
  • Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
  • Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
  • Follow up with interested students and maintain lead records.
  • Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve admission targets.
  • Coordinate with the admission and academic team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in counselling/admission.
  • Experience in paramedical, nursing, healthcare, or education sector preferred.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
