About the Role

CoachX is looking for an experienced and passionate Financial Analytics Trainer to deliver weekend training sessions for learners enrolled in our Financial Analytics with AI certification program. The trainer will be responsible for conducting live interactive classes, mentoring learners, and helping them gain practical industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging weekend training sessions in Financial Analytics.
• Teach concepts such as:
• Financial Statements Analysis
• Ratio Analysis
• Corporate Finance
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Financial Modeling & Valuation
• Investment Banking Fundamentals
• KPIs & Unit Economics
• Financial Markets & Risk Analysis
• Demonstrate practical applications using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and AI tools.
• Guide learners through assignments, case studies, and capstone projects.
• Conduct doubt-solving and mentorship sessions.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Share real-world industry insights and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Corporate Finance and Financial Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Modeling and Valuation.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Python is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior teaching, training, mentoring, or corporate L&D experience is preferred.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for beginners and working professionals.

Eligibility

• CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com with relevant industry experience, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry or training experience.

Preferred Candidate

• Previously trained students or working professionals.
• Experience in EdTech, corporate training, or certification programs.
• Comfortable conducting live online classes and learner assessments.
