Part Time Management Faculty jobs

We are looking for an experienced PMP Tutor / Project Management Instructor to train students and working professionals in project management concepts and prepare them for the PMP certification examination. The ideal candidate should have strong practical project management experience and the ability to explain concepts clearly with real-world examples.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach PMP and project management concepts through structured and engaging lessons.
• Prepare students for the PMP certification examination.
• Cover key project management areas, including:
• Project Integration and Scope Management
• Schedule and Cost Management
• Quality and Resource Management
• Communication and Stakeholder Management
• Risk and Procurement Management
• Project Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Control
• Explain Agile, predictive, and hybrid project management approaches.
• Teach project management frameworks, processes, tools, and techniques.
• Provide real-world case studies, practical examples, and project scenarios.
• Conduct mock tests, practice questions, and exam-oriented sessions.
• Help students understand PMP terminology and question-solving strategies.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Clear student doubts and provide one-on-one mentoring.
• Conduct online classes effectively using digital teaching platforms.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Practical experience managing projects in a professional environment.
• PMP certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile, predictive, and hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
• Ability to explain complex project management concepts in a simple manner.
• Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience preparing students for PMP certification.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to teach both beginners and experienced professionals.

Pay: ₹619,250.37 - ₹2,141,571.68 per year
