Full job description
We are looking for a reliable and welcoming receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner
- Manage phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain patient records and update information accurately
- Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth clinic operations
- Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: [12th pass / Graduate preferred]
- Prior experience in reception, front office, or healthcare setup is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software)
- Professional, polite, and patient-friendly attitude
working hours: 3pm to 8:30pm
Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
