Job Title: Patient Care Assistant – International / Treatment Abroad Patients
Location: Delhi, India (preferably)
Contract Duration: 3 months

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Patient Care Assistant to manage and assist international patients seeking medical treatment in Delhi, India. The role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to coordinate complex medical and travel arrangements to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking treatment abroad.
• Assist patients with appointments, treatment plans, and documentation.
• Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare providers internationally.
• Provide guidance on travel, visa, and accommodation arrangements for patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Address patient queries promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with insurance companies and financial departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory)
• A qualified nurse (BSc Nursing / GNM) with hospital and coordination experience, or
• A non-medical coordinator with strong knowledge of hospital processes, patient flow, billing procedures, and clinical coordination.
• Based in New Delhi or Delhi is needed
• Strong understanding of hospital systems and patient coordination
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Empathetic, proactive, and able to handle urgent situations
• Prior hospital or healthcare coordination experience preferred
