Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors.
• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries.
• Register patients and maintain records.
• Coordinate with laboratory and diagnostic staff.
• Handle billing and payment collection.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
