We are looking for a part-time IT Support Executive for a prestigious US Law Firm; to provide day-to-day IT assistance and ensure the smooth functioning of office IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Individual Contributor role with hands-on responsibility for routine IT support, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Provide basic hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers and other office equipment.
• Install and configure software, applications, email accounts and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, LAN and connectivity issues.
• Provide user support for login, access and other routine IT-related issues.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, maintenance and escalations.
• Ensure and conduct regular audit, system updates, antivirus checks and basic data backup support.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, hardware and software installation.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to visit the office daily for the agreed working hours.

Shift Timing: 5:30 pm to 10 pm (to align with US business hours) with two days off per week.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
