About Us

Hot & Red Café & Restaurant is one of Patna's fastest-growing cafés, offering great food, coffee, mocktails, and a premium hangout experience. We are looking for energetic, well-groomed, and customer-friendly Waiters/Stewards to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with a friendly attitude.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Explain menu items and recommend specials to guests.
  • Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns politely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per restaurant standards.
  • Help create an excellent dining experience for every customer.

Requirements

  • 10th/12th Pass or above.
