Full job description
- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct daily field visits as per the approved tour plan.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Identify new doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies for business development.
- Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), product presentations, and promotional activities.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and new product launches.
- Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and stockists.
- Prepare and submit Daily Call Reports (DCR), Expense Reports, and Monthly Sales Reports.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge programs.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
