Key Responsibilities:

• Data Input: Enter text and numerical data from source documents into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
• Data Verification: Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and correct them as needed.
• Database Management: Update, maintain, and organize digital records and files.
• File Management: Compile, sort, and store documents, both physical and digital, securely.
• Reporting: Generate basic reports or retrieve specific data sets as requested.
• Security & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and follow company security policies.
• Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline data entry and organization processes.
