Manage inbound calls during both afternoon and night shifts, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. Maintain high service standards across varying time zones, ensuring accurate database updates, meeting strict performance quotas, and adhering to compliance standards at all hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Call Management: Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats during the afternoon and night, ensuring seamless 24/7 service coverage.

Issue Resolution: Investigate customer complaints, troubleshoot basic problems, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.

Shift Adaptability: Transition smoothly between afternoon and night schedules, maintaining peak energy levels and focus during non-traditional working hours.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
