Maintain high service standards across varying time zones, ensuring accurate database updates, meeting strict performance quotas, and adhering to compliance standards at all hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Call Management: Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats during the afternoon and night, ensuring seamless 24/7 service coverage.

Issue Resolution: Investigate customer complaints, troubleshoot basic problems, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.

Shift Adaptability: Transition smoothly between afternoon and night schedules, maintaining peak energy levels and focus during non-traditional working hours.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
