Purpose of the job:

Experienced – Legal Business Partner to serve as a strategic legal advisor for our business

units. This role will involve providing proactive legal counsel on a broad range of matters,

ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and supporting commercial

transactions and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary legal advisor to specific business units, working closely with

leadership on legal and strategic matters.

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including service agreements,

vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and NDAs.

• Provide legal support on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, data privacy,

employment issues, and intellectual property matters.

• Identify potential legal risks in business initiatives and provide practical, business oriented solutions.
• Liaise with external counsel on complex legal matters as needed.
• Assist with internal policy development, training, and awareness programs.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact business operations.
• Lead or support legal due diligence for M&A, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships

(if applicable).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and Compliance.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, employment law, data

protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and general business law.

• Proven ability to provide sound, timely legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
• High ethical standards and sound judgment

Experience - Minimum 3 years required

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
