Profile Overview:
Human Resources at Travclan is a key role which focuses on attracting the best talent, retaining it & planning out engagement activities. The team is a bunch of enthusiasts who actively participate in every activity taking place in the organization along with hiring some of the brightest minds of all time.

What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end interview coordination and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule interviews, manage interview logistics, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-ups.
- Manage job postings across various job portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of hiring and HR processes.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and improving efficiency.
- Handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.

The Recruitment Process:
1. Group Discussion & Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test, followed by 20-30 minute group discussion round.
2. Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
3. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits, ESOPs and many other benefits.

- Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi
- Work Timings - Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
