Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm with valid State Pharmacy Council registration.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital pharmacy, ensuring efficient medication management, regulatory compliance, inventory control, and high-quality patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and staff.
• Ensure safe dispensing of medications as per regulations.
• Maintain inventory, procurement, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with NABH, Pharmacy Act, and hospital policies.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and other departments.
• Monitor documentation, audits, and quality standards.
• Train and supervise pharmacy personnel.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management.
• Knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS).
