ABOUT THE SPIRITED SPOT

The Spirited Spot (TSS) is a high-energy bar and dining destination built around global food, craft cocktails, live music and warm hospitality.

After establishing TSS in Nagpur, we have now opened our Pune outlet in Baner.

Weekends at TSS are about more than food and drinks — they are about people, music, cocktails, conversations and the energy of a great night out.

We are looking for a Photographer / Videographer who can capture that energy naturally.

THE ROLE

We need a creative Photographer / Videographer to cover the vibe at TSS Pune every weekend.

The objective is not just to photograph the property.

We want someone who can capture real moments and real energy — a packed bar, bartenders in action, cocktails being served, guests enjoying themselves, live bands, DJs, celebrations and the overall atmosphere of TSS.

The content will primarily be used for Instagram Reels, Stories, social media and brand communication.

• Guest celebrations and special occasions
• Crowd reactions and candid moments
• Interior and ambience shots
• Sunday brunch and daytime vibe when required
• Special events and performances

SHOOTING STYLE

We want content that feels:

Natural · Energetic · Premium · Cinematic · Social · Real

The camera should feel like it is inside the experience, not watching it from a distance.

We prefer candid storytelling over repeatedly asking guests to pose.

Content should capture the progression of the evening — from the first cocktails being poured to the energy of a packed weekend night.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The candidate should have:

• Strong experience in photography and videography.
• Previous experience covering bars, restaurants, nightlife, concerts, events or hospitality venues strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of shooting in low-light environments.
• Ability to capture moving subjects and live performances.
• Good understanding of composition, lighting and camera movement.
• Experience shooting vertical content specifically for Instagram Reels and Stories.
• Ability to capture high-quality photographs and video during the same shoot.
• Professional camera equipment suitable for low-light photography and videography.
• Ability to work independently without disturbing the guest experience.
• Strong sense of timing and ability to recognise moments worth capturing.
• Comfortable working late evenings and busy weekends.

IMPORTANT

This role is not about creating only posed photographs or empty interior shots.

We need someone who understands nightlife and knows how to find the moment:

the bartender finishing a cocktail, the band hitting its peak, friends raising their glasses, a packed room singing along, or a spontaneous celebration at a table.

Those moments tell the TSS story.

THE TSS WEEKEND LENS

We want people scrolling through our content on Monday to feel like:

“I should have been there this weekend.”

And by Friday:

“This is where we’re going tonight.”

That’s the job.
