Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Photographer to capture high-quality photographs of events, programs, productions, staff activities, and organizational initiatives. The candidate should have strong photography skills, knowledge of professional camera equipment and lighting, and the ability to deliver visually appealing images that meet the organization's communication and promotional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Photography & Event Coverage

• Capture high-quality photographs of events, conferences, meetings, celebrations, programs, and other organizational activities.
• Cover indoor and outdoor shoots, stage programs, live events, and special occasions.
• Capture candid moments, portraits, group photographs, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Ensure complete photographic coverage of assigned events and programs.

2. Studio & Creative Photography

• Conduct portrait, product, profile, and promotional photography as required.
• Set up cameras, lighting, backdrops, and other equipment for professional shoots.
• Understand composition, framing, exposure, lighting, and color balance.
• Coordinate with directors, producers, designers, and other media team members to achieve the required visual output.

3. Photo Editing & Post-Production

• Select, edit, retouch, and enhance photographs using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Perform color correction, exposure adjustment, cropping, and image enhancement.
• Ensure consistency in image quality and adherence to organizational branding standards.
• Deliver edited photographs within the required timelines and specifications.

4. Equipment & File Management

• Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, flashes, and related accessories.
• Ensure equipment is properly handled, stored, and maintained.
• Organize and maintain a digital archive of photographs with proper naming, categorization, and backup.
• Ensure timely transfer and sharing of photographs with relevant departments.

5. Coordination & Planning

• Coordinate with Media, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events, and other departments to understand photography requirements.
• Plan shoot schedules, locations, equipment, and technical requirements in advance.
• Capture photographs for websites, social media, publications, promotional materials, and internal documentation.
• Be available to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on event schedules.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
