Are you passionate about transforming good photographs into exceptional visual stories?

We are looking for a Photo Editor / Image Retoucher to join our team and help create high-quality visual content from branding, institutional, and commercial photoshoots.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Professionally edit and retouch photographs from branding, corporate, educational, and commercial photoshoots
• Perform color correction, color grading, exposure balancing, skin retouching, and image enhancement
• Ensure consistency in visual style across large batches of photographs
• Remove distractions, improve compositions, and enhance overall image quality while maintaining a natural look
• Organize, sort, select, and deliver images as per project requirements
• Collaborate with photographers and creative teams to achieve the desired visual outcome
• Maintain quality standards while meeting project deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in professional photo editing and retouching
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
• Excellent understanding of color theory, exposure, contrast, and image aesthetics
• Ability to perform natural-looking skin retouching and portrait enhancement
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to handle large volumes of images efficiently
• Good file management and workflow practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Skills:

• Experience working on school, institutional, corporate, or branding photoshoots
• Advanced Photoshop compositing and manipulation skills
• Experience with AI-assisted editing workflows
• Graphic design experience (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Understanding of print production and image preparation for large-format outputs
