Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Fresher & Experienced)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Employment Type: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Shifts : Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts mostly )

CTC: Up to ₹3.0 LPA – ₹3.4 LPA (₹30,000 – ₹34,000 per month equivalent CTC, based on experience and skills)

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team in Jaipur. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building positive customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional interactions.
  • Record customer interactions and update relevant information in CRM systems.
  • Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

For Freshers

  • Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

For Experienced Candidates

  • 6 months to 4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or related roles.
  • Experience in handling customer queries and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support processes is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
