The Placement drives student placements by organizing job fairs, building employer partnerships, and managing placement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to maximize placements.
  • Organize job fairs, campus interviews, and alumni meet-ups.
  • Build strong industry and employer connections.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend course updates.
  • Address student and employer queries, providing solutions.
  • Streamline workflows and implement SOPs.
  • Monitor placement effectiveness and improve processes.
  • Maintain student records and employer feedback.
  • Achieve placement targets and report key metrics.
  • Lead and develop the placement team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in a relevant field.
  • Experience in career services, recruitment, or IT education.
  • Strong networking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends and hiring processes.
  • Familiarity with resume building, interview prep, and career counseling.
