Plant Head

Industry: Auto Components /Heavy Fabrication Manufacturing industry.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Head for our Auto Components Manufacturing Unit. The candidate will be responsible for overall plant operations, production planning, quality control, maintenance, safety, cost management, and team handling to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete plant operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch.

Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of manpower and machinery.

Maintain product quality standards as per customer and industry requirements.

Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.

Monitor daily production planning and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with SCM, Purchase, QA, and Sales departments for smooth operations.

Handle manpower planning, team management, and employee development.

Drive continuous improvement activities like Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, etc.

Analyze production reports and MIS for operational improvements.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and plant management skills.

Knowledge of Auto Components Manufacturing processes.

Experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC), Quality Systems, and Maintenance.

Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Cost Control.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Strong communication and team handling skills.

Qualification:

B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Production, or related engineering field.

Experience:

10–15 Years experience in Manufacturing Industry.

Minimum 3–5 Years experience in Plant Head or senior plant operations role.

Salary:

₹15 LPA – ₹18 LPA

Location - Ballabgarh, Haryana
