Full job description

We have a vacancy for the post of Plant Operator details are mentioned below:

Experience : 3 to 5 Yrs
Salary : 1,44,000/- to 2,04,000/-
Job Location : Ambernath East
Working Hrs : Monday to Saturday 09.00am to 6.00 pm

Job Discrition:
1) Starting and shutdown of plant
2) Change the batch process, or renew of batch or continuous process
3) Should know of handling the Reactor with different and continuous batch process
4) transferring of batch from batch process reactor to batch mixing reactor
5) Handle of headers where the different lines are meets like steam inlet and outlet,air inlet and outlet, crude material inlet and outlet to pumps.
6) know of taking vaccum from water jet vaccum
7) Handle of batch process mixture and settling of mixture (like aqueous mixture) and transfer it to settling tank.
8) Handle of gases like ammonia,nitrogen gas, chlorine gas,sulphur-di-oxide gas,etc
9) Handle of CF(CentriFuge) and washing of materials in CentriFuge
10) know how to create a vacuum in distillation plant by using steam and condensate water and also by water Ejector system.
11) Work on DCS(Digital Control System) system or PCS(Panel Control System) and manually also.
12) Take a changeover of materials. Like palmatic oil, sunflower oil, hystric or district oil,oelific oil,Behenic acid ,etc.
13) Startup and shutdown of pump for circulation of materials in drier, Importing to plant, and Exporting to Tankfarm, transfering of materials to other reactor for process .
14) Working Experience on Centrifuge machine for Centrifugation of Materials.
