Job Summary

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Caregivers to provide personalized care to patients at their homes. The role involves assisting patients with daily activities, ensuring comfort, safety, and maintaining their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support mobility, including walking assistance and transferring patients
• Monitor patient’s health condition and report any changes to family or supervisors
• Administer medications as prescribed (if trained)
• Assist with feeding or meal preparation as per dietary requirements
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s environment
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals

Eligibility Criteria

• Long Term Nurses B.sc Nursing/ DGNM/ ANM
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Relevant caregiving certification
• Prior experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or home healthcare preferred
• Basic knowledge of patient care and hygiene
• Physically fit and mentally resilient
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts (12/24 hours)
