Power BI Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to lead and drive development in the Business Intelligence (BI) domain. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in the Power BI ecosystem and a solid understanding of data visualization and BI tools. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality dashboards and BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Analyze business requirements and transform data into meaningful visual insights
• Connect, import, clean, and transform data from multiple sources
• Develop and optimize data models for performance and scalability
• Schedule and manage automated data refresh processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports
• Work with BI tools such as SSRS, Tableau, or similar technologies
• Support data integration, validation, and testing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Power BI (reporting, dashboards, DAX, data modeling)
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
• Familiarity with BI tools like SSRS, Tableau, QlikView, or Spotfire
• Understanding of data integration and ETL processes
