Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Presentation Specialist / PowerPoint Designer to join our team. In this role, you will transform raw data, complex technical concepts, and structural workflows into high-quality, professional, and visually compelling presentations.

The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional eye for design, strong technical mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint, and the ability to work within strict corporate brand guidelines. This is a junior-to-mid-level role requiring high efficiency, precision, and zero compromises on professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Slide Design & Optimization: Clean up, structure, and elevate rough drafts or raw content into polished, executive-ready presentations.
• Template Development: Build and maintain clean, scalable, and reusable PowerPoint templates and master slides.
• Visual Storytelling: Translate text-heavy data, technical engineering processes, or operational architecture into clear, impactful visual diagrams, flowcharts, and infographics.
• Brand Consistency: Strict adherence to corporate brand typography, color palettes, layout standards, and iconography across all deliverables.
• Data Layout: Format data tables, charts, and smart layout components to ensure complex insights are instantly readable.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional experience specializing in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communications.
• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (including slide masters, advanced layout tools, smart workflows, and efficient formatting shortcuts). Familiarity with Google Slides or Keynote is a plus.
• Design Fundamentals: Strong foundation in visual hierarchy, typography, alignment, grid systems, and functional use of whitespace.
• Assets Handling: Basic proficiency in preparing or exporting graphic assets (SVG icons, high-res images) for presentation use.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showing real "before and after" slide examples, structural layouts, or clean corporate design work is highly preferred.
