Emeasure Box is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support our growing operations. This role involves accurate data entry, handling AI-assisted workflows, and managing multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with AI automation tools, basic chatbot interfaces, and repetitive data processing while maintaining high accuracy. Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry using internal systems and spreadsheets
• Use AI automation tools to speed up data entry and validation tasks
• Manage AI chatbot responses and basic conversational workflows
• Verify, clean, and organize data with high attention to detail
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Conduct basic online research when required
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Follow training guidelines and standard operating procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Hindi & English typing (English is mandatory)
• Familiarity with AI tools for data entry/automation (preferred)
• Basic understanding of AI chatbot handling (preferred)
• Good problem-solving and research abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Requirements

• Personal computer or laptop (mandatory)
• Stable internet connection (mandatory)
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted tools

Training

• 3 weeks of mandatory training will be provided before starting the job
• Training includes data entry workflow, AI automation usage, and chatbot handling
