Team Member (MS Technologies) at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE. The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am - 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].

Technical/Functional Skills
Develop and maintain applications using .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, SQL Server, Web Services, XML, XSL, MS SQL, COM, DHTML, JavaScript.
  • Strong Analytical skills and should be a Team Player.
  • Capable of Working to Design Specifications.
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
  • Capable of Multitasking and Handling Load under Pressure.
  • Capable of Task Estimating.
  • Good Communication Skills would Definitely be an Added Advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, Develop and Implement new applications in .Net Technologies using OOPs Concept and it should be 3-tier.
  • Work with on shore development and business analyst teams to understand Project Requirements, Specifications and to Coordinate Project Development and Implementation.
  • Analysis and Database Design/Optimization(PL-SQL, Store Procedures, Data Manipulation Language).
  • Execute test plans to ensure that Business Requirements and Functional Specifications are Tested and Fulfilled.
