Key Responsibilities

• Conduct teleconsultation sessions with patients to understand their health conditions, dietary preferences, lifestyle habits, and health goals.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counselling to clients enrolled in the GLP-1 Program and to individuals with Diabetes, Obesity, and metabolic disorders.
• Design and implement personalized meal plans tailored to each patient's needs and medical conditions.
• Perform regular follow-ups to monitor patient progress and modify dietary interventions as required.
• Motivate and educate patients to ensure adherence to diet plans and lifestyle recommendations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and monitor improvements in health parameters and overall well-being.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics / PG Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in clinical nutrition, teleconsultation, diabetes management, obesity management, or hospital settings will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment while maintaining high-quality patient engagement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
