Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Head to lead and manage the International Voice Process – Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling team performance, achieving sales targets, mentoring executives, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions in an international sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the International Voice Process sales team
  • Monitor daily team performance and ensure target achievement
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Support team members in handling customer objections and sales conversions
  • Track KPIs, call quality, productivity, and sales metrics
  • Develop strategies to improve team performance and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Coordinate with management for process improvements and business growth
  • Maintain a positive and high-performing work environment

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong spoken English is mandatory
  • Fluency in at least one regional language: Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam
  • Strong sales, team handling, and people management skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer applications preferred

Eligibility Criteria

  • 3–5 years of experience in International Voice Process / Sales / BPO
  • Prior experience in team handling or team lead role preferred
  • Experience in Finance sector is an added advantage

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Energetic, confident, and performance-focused
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Languages Required

  • English (Mandatory)
  • Tamil / Hindi / Malayalam (Mandatory)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
