Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Executive with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce logistics operations to manage end-to-end order fulfillment and shipment coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely processing, dispatch, tracking and delivery of customer orders, coordinating with courier/logistics partners, handling RTO/NDR and reverse logistics, and maintaining accurate logistics MIS and inventory records.

Key Responsibilities1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Manage daily e-commerce orders from order processing to final delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking, packing, invoicing and dispatch.
• Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within defined SLA timelines.
• Monitor pending and ageing orders and take corrective action.
• Ensure accurate shipping labels, AWB generation and dispatch documentation.

2. Courier & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with courier and transportation partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments from first-mile pickup through last-mile delivery.
• Follow up on delayed, undelivered and exception shipments.
• Escalate recurring logistics issues to the concerned logistics partners.
• Monitor courier performance, delivery timelines and service levels.

3. RTO / NDR / Reverse Logistics

• Monitor NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and coordinate for successful delivery.
• Track and control RTO (Return to Origin) shipments.
• Coordinate return pickups and reverse logistics.
• Ensure returned products are received, verified and updated in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams for return-related issues.

4. E-commerce Platforms

• Handle order processing through e-commerce platforms and logistics aggregators.
• Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Shiprocket, Unicommerce, Delhivery or similar systems will be preferred.
• Ensure order and shipment status is updated accurately in the respective systems.

5. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock availability and order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies related to orders, returns and dispatches.
• Support regular stock reconciliation.
• Ensure timely communication of stock shortages and order fulfilment issues.

6. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly logistics reports.
• Track key logistics KPIs such as:
• Order dispatch TAT
• Delivery TAT
• Pending orders
• RTO %
• NDR %
• Delivery success rate
• Courier performance
• Shipping cost
• Return shipments
• Maintain accurate Excel trackers and operational records.

7. Issue Resolution

• Identify shipment and order-related issues and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, finance and e-commerce teams.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies, short shipments, damages and delivery failures.
• Maintain proper documentation of escalations and resolutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce Logistics / Supply Chain / Order Fulfillment.
• Good understanding of e-commerce order processing and logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with courier/logistics partners.
• Knowledge of RTO, NDR, AWB, POD and reverse logistics.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with e-commerce marketplaces and logistics platforms.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily dispatch/delivery deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven approach.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with relevant experience in E-commerce Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse Operations will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates currently working with E-commerce / D2C / Marketplace / Retail companies.
• Experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra or other marketplaces is preferred.
• Experience with Shiprocket, Unicommerce, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart or similar logistics platforms will be an added advantage.
• Should be capable of independently handling day-to-day logistics operations.
