THE OPPORTUNITY

Trove is a fast-growing premium tile brand with 14+ Experience Centres across Bengaluru. Behind every smooth delivery and every customer who receives their material on time is an Operations Executive who owned the entire journey. This role is not about processing paperwork. It is about taking complete ownership of every order — from the moment it is confirmed, through purchase, production, dispatch, logistics, and final delivery — and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you are someone who cannot leave a pending item unresolved, who follows up before being asked, and who understands that a delayed order is a broken promise to a customer — this role was built for you.

1. Order Processing & Verification

• Verify every Purchase Order received from customers — pricing, quantities, discounts, taxes, payment terms, and delivery schedule must all be confirmed before the order moves forward.
• Create Sales Orders in ERP with complete and accurate information. No order proceeds with missing data — ever. ▸
• Coordinate with the Sales team to resolve discrepancies before processing begins. You are the last check before the order enters the system.

2. Complete Order Ownership

• Once an order is confirmed, you become its single owner until the material is in the customer’s hands. Not partially — completely.
• Drive every stage without being pushed: order acknowledgement → stock verification → purchase requirement → factory order placement → production follow-up → material readiness → dispatch planning → vehicle arrangement → loading → transit tracking → delivery confirmation.
• At any moment, you must be able to tell anyone in the organisation exactly where any order stands and what the next action is. If you don’t know, that is already a problem.

3. Purchase Coordination

• Coordinate with the Purchase team on material availability, production timelines, short material, alternate products, priority orders, and vendor commitments.
• Escalate delays immediately — not after they have already affected a customer commitment. One day of early escalation saves five days of damage control.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
