Job Title: Product Manager – AI Solutions

Company: Thrifty AI

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize product and customer requirements
  • Translate complex business problems into structured, scalable product solutions Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to build high-impact products
  • Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: ideation → development → launch → iteration Manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional coordination
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business workflows and identify opportunities
  • Work from client sites when required to gain first-hand insights into requirements and operations
  • Convert client requirements into detailed product specifications, PRDs, and user stories Ensure strong alignment between client expectations and technical execution
  • Monitor product performance using data and user feedback, and drive continuous improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or Product Development
  • Strong technical understanding (AI/ML exposure is a plus)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on AI/ML or data-driven products
  • Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting-style role
