  • Ensure FSSAI, GMP, GHP & HACCP compliance.
  • Maintain product quality and food safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory, yields, and cost control.
  • Lead and manage production manpower.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment uptime.
  • Maintain statutory compliance and workplace safety.
  • Prepare production reports and MIS.
  • Drive process improvement and operational excellence.
