Production Merchandiser jobs

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Merchandiser for our buying house operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with buyers, vendors, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders from development to shipment within the planned timeline and quality standards.

• "Handle complete merchandising activities from order confirmation to final shipment.
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production units for timely execution of orders.
• Follow up on sampling, approvals, production status, and shipment schedules.
• Monitor fabric, trims, accessories, and raw material availability.
• Ensure production is completed as per buyer requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate regularly with factories regarding production planning and updates.
• Prepare and maintain merchandising reports, T&A calendars, and order tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and quality approvals.
• Resolve production and shipment-related issues effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors."
• "Good knowledge of garment manufacturing and merchandising processes.
• Experience in handling woven, knit, or apparel products preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and merchandising documentation.
• Problem-solving and follow-up skills."

"Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, or related field.

Minimum 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in a buying house or garment export industry.

Candidates with strong vendor management and production coordination experience will be preferred."

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
