Job Summary:

The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily factory operations, manage manpower, ensure quality production, and maintain safety standards while achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities and workforce operations.
• Allocate work and manage manpower efficiently.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and timely completion of work.
• Ensure adherence to safety, operational, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with fabrication, production, and dispatch teams.
• Track material utilization and minimize wastage.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Report production progress and challenges to management.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Production, or relevant field.
• 3–8 years of experience in factory supervision.

Pay: ₹12,346.02 - ₹62,046.69 per month
